Surprisingly good! Stays in my ears!
I was very skeptical, having tried many different bluetooth earbuds that would not stay in my ears and/or sounded terrible. Even though I have a Galaxy S21, the best ones I had found so far were Airpods. Unfortunately, I had just lost one of my pair, so I found these refurbished Galaxy Buds Live. I could not imagine how these bean shaped things would stay in my ears. I assumed they would just fall right out, they looked so huge. Imagine my surprise when they fit comfortably and stayed in place. I walked around, did house work, rode my bike on a bumpy road, jumped up and down, etc! Big bonus, when using with my Samsung phone, is the surprisingly well designed "wearable" app. i was able to dial in a sound that is SO MUCH BETTER than my airpods. There is real bass, etc. There is also an experimental setting to "relieve air pressure with ambient sound", which really improves the sound and makes it feel less up against your ear. Not so sure about the active noise canceling, it is so subtle, I am not sure it even exists. That is OK for my purposes, but I left one star off for it. Not for my little ears
Well made but didn't work for my small ears. The pressure from the bud was starting to hurt. The sound was not as good as my Tozo 12 in ear buds. I also had trouble pairing them with the app. I am fairly tech savy, but app wouldn't recognize the buds until I went in and did something i found suggested online, then they worked. Sorry, can't remember what it was, but it was easy to search online. I wanted to like them as i don't like the in ear buds. Definitely nice packaging and price, and very sturdily made. Great fit , very loud works great with iOS
They fit great, sound great and function seamlessly with IOS as well as android. I have big ears but still used the small wing tips. One thing I was surprised about is you can use either ear one at a time! Meaning there isn’t a dominant earbud. You can use the left or right while the other one is charging to double the battery life. The app for it is easily found on the App Store called “Galaxy Buds” and is very easy to use and even tells you the battery left on the charging case. The noise canceling feature is interesting because it can tune out certain noises like air conditioners but you will still hear voices. This is the way they were designed and it functions well. You are supposed to be able to keep these in without blocking out your environment unless you turn them up! At which point you can successfully not hear anything but the audio playing if you so desire. I feel they are well designed and am very pleased. Holding Charge .
despite of some qualities you might find about this product , one main concern of using wireless headphones has not been addressed. Holding charge falls short even by comparing the similar items of no famous brand in the market place . perfect fit for me

TOTALLY WORTH IT.!
I was sceptical because they don't have a picture. But I JUST got them and they sound absolutely AMAZING.! If you're like me and have been wanting them for a while definitely get them.! For this price you CANNOT BEAT IT. Also if you're like me and have freakishly small ears they might be a tab bit uncomfortable with the large tips. So I had to swap but but they won't come out at all. Definitely worth the buy.!

Good if you can get them at a discount.

Difficult to set up.
My open box buds were mismatch. Each had a different software version and only one had sound. It took a lot of research and trial and error to reset both earbuds at the same time and get the software updated. They work fine now.
