Pleasantly Surprised
I needed a tape player to transfer old cassettes to my computer but I didn't want to spend too much. THIS dandy item has a LINE OUT jack that lets me patch the player to the computer while listening through the headphone jack at the same time which is very cool. The only downside is that it eats batteries and it doesn't come with an ac adapter. Overall: Great device, great price, arrived on time, highly recommend. (*batteries not included)

What a piece of junk !!
I was so looking forward to dust off by old cassettes and play him on it's a sets of playing on a cassette player. I didn't want to spend too much money. Notice a lot of these players don't even have a reverse or auto reverse function. I inserted 2 Double-A batteries and was disappointed within 20 seconds. It sat on yeah. It sounded like I was listening through a wet sock!! It was not clear (loud hissing) and not playing at a consistent speed. I immediately threw this thing away. A good find
I like it because it's simple to use and a good size. I had to use my own ear buds for better sound and volume. I think the ones that come with the cassette player may be outdated, but it was no problem. The cassette player was what I was looking for. Worth the price but ...

One Problem...
I do not use the ear pieces provided with the product. I prefer to use my own expensive plug-in Sony earphones. I find that the volume control does not work when my earphones are plugged in. This is a minor inconvenience to me, hence the 3-star rating. Great Birthday Gift

Not worth your money
Bought mine completely new, tried using it and at first it played the tapes too slow. When I put in a new set of batteries it stopped working. Both the radio and cassette player would not work.
