Versatile, healthy and economical cooking.
Very good easy to use and clean air fryer for two people or a small family. The design and function is excellent but the cooker is let down by questionable build quality. This purchase replaces an earlier one of the same type that only lasted about 16 months (but used almost every day) as the door fell apart, the internal lamp failed and the controls stopped working. I was able to replace the lamp but the construction of the door made a home repair impossible. However the cooker is so good and efficient (much lower power consumption than my conventional oven) a replacement was ordered and this new machine incorporates several design changes and looks to be a better build quality. Good, but poor design for use with drum or rotisserie when cooking a meal for even 2 people.
Works as expected and seems efficient enough. Still learning when to adjust pre programmed times for different food options. Product lost 2 starts because: 1) while quite tall, when rotating drum is used for chips (or rotisserie) etc, then a single wire rack can be squeezed under the drum just above the drip tray but there is absolutely zero room for any food to be cooked at the same time as the chips as burgers, fish sausages etc. all foul the drum - unless you want bacon rashers and chips! This means the other half o a meal has to be cooked in the conventional oven - rather defeats the whole point of buying it as you can't even cook a meal for one should you want to use the drum or rotisserie. 2) Using 2 x wire racks it is possible to cook fish / meat with chips, wedges, potatoes etc for 2 people (just) but there is absolutely no room to cook enough food to feed 3 or more people. Product designers obviously didn't actually test the product before handing over to marketing. From such a well known brand I expected better design and attention to at least catering for couples cooking as this was plainly not an Air Fryer catering for families of 3 or 4.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Nice cooker - but............
This cooker looks quite impressive and does cook most foods very quickly. I have found that I need to reduce almost every suggested cooking times/ temperatures on product packaging otherwise they tend to over cook and or burn. The actual cooker itself I am a little disappointed with for the following reasons - Even after a number of weeks the cooker still emits what smells like electrical burning, also the power cable and plug get very warm. I have checked with the supplier who says this is fine, but I am not convinced it is normal. While the cooker is on, the heat expelled from the back and sides is quite excessive and the surface surrounding the unit needs to be clear and protected. The metal mesh racks that come with the unit are quite a poor fit and if you are not 100% careful they drop off the side runners and the food falls off. You need to very careful to locate both the left and right runners and then slide the racks fully in until they catch on the rear guide otherwise as I say you end up trying to recover food from a very hot cooker. Overall I would say that this cooker works ok and I do use it several times a week. However with the electrical burning smell, the cable and plug getting warm, the poorly fitting racks, I feel that with the excessively high price tag it is considerably over priced giving it a false image of quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good functional easy to use air fryer oven
it performs as stated as long as you follow the food packaging labels and instructions food comes out fine.But I find that you can sometimes overcook things that do not come in a packet so you have to use your initiative ,otherwise food becomes crispy very easily,but overall I am happy with the product,makes life much easier.
