Dried figs and apricots
I have been eating dried figs and apricots every day for over 10 years for their health benefits and because I enjoy them! These are the best I have ever had, they are of a perfect consistency. The apricots are un-sulphered. Supermarket ready to eat figs tend to be too sticky and supermarket apricots are usually sulphered to give them a cosmetic orange appearance.
