Better than expected but lens basket on the small side
Being brand loyal, I've been using a different brand of contact lens solution (EasySept) for 20 plus years so I was a little sceptical about trying Coopervision Refine One Step. Thankfully however I needn't have worried, this product actually seems to do a better job of cleaning my lenses so a big bonus. Like others have mentioned, the lens basket is a little on the small side so yes, you do need to be careful when inserting your lenses so as not to pinch and damage the edge of the lenses when you close the basket lid. All-in-all a good product and one that I am happy to recommend and review here. Note to the manufacturer..., I have deducted one star due to the issues with the lens basket being a little too small.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Annoyingly Small and Awkward Lens Basket - Avoid
The baskets which hold the lenses, and come with this product, are awful. Too small and awkward to get the lenses in and out of, and I am a female with average sized hands. I've no idea how, say a man with bigger hands, would ever manage. When I finally get the lenses out of the basket and into my eyes they seem clean enough, although I'll be surprised if I don't end up ripping at least one lens trying to remove it from the basket. I will go back to my regular AO Sept Hydraclear as soon as I am finished with this. Once again, the saying "you get what you pay for" has proven true.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product for hard contact lenses
The way this version is packed (in the 250ml bottles) is not as efficient as what I found on the European continent where bigger volumes are easier to find, but is the same product and I can't fault it. Simply the best product for hard contact lenses in my experience and I've used a few. Strongly recommend. Excellent preservative free product
Does exactly what it claims to do - thoroughly disinfects contact lenses and is preservative free. It must be used with the lens holder container enclosed with the contact lens solution as the disc in the base of the container reacts with the solution and neutralises it as well as cleaning the lenses. Without this neutralising process the lenses would really sting badly when inserting them into the eyes.
