Early days but supplement seems to work well.
I've only been using this for two weeks but it seems to be doing the trick. After years of insomnia I'm getting more satisfying sleep. I can't say I feel more energised in general but my performances have improved massively in a two weeks. I was struggling to run 2 miles in under 15 minutes 2 weeks later I'm now at 11:32 close to my PB. I also improved my 1KM time by 10 seconds.
