Perfect sunchokes
The sunchokes were exactly as described. They were packed very nicely and just beginning to sprout when they arrived. The tubers look healthy and I've already planted them in the garden, can't wait to see the results! Highly recommend for anybody looking for healthy, ready to plant sunchokes! (Also 3 pounds was roughly 15 tubers, so I was able to plant an entire bed with them)
