This pricy is good value and works well but just a couple of points. Starting is not quite straightforward. I think the choke on and off label is the wrong way round. With the choke turned to the off position you will find that the motor cuts out. It takes quite a while to warm up and start working as it should but then it compacts the mot part 1 I was laying very well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value, works well.
This compactor works well with very low vibration transferd to the user. Mine arrived with oil spilled on the clutch (probably not kept upright during transport) so needs to run for a minute before use but works great after that.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
