My cat loves it!
It took a while for my cat to switch to using the fountain, which he initially regarded with some suspicion, and for a week or so he was drinking from his old bowl AND the fountain ... but now he really loves the fountain and uses it exclusively! My cats would not go near it..... Maybe because of the sound of the water pump. The unit does not work properly as when you assemble it with the flower, the water does not flow as it is depicted to. Without the flower it only trickles on the surface on one side only, and yes the floor is even!! Also you have the expense of replacing the water filter monthly.
