Good system for two riders
Quite easy to set up on two shark helmets. Had issues at first until realised the microphones have to be very close to the mouth. Ear peices in the right place in helmet. After that quite clear. Main issue is 'sticky' pads that fix ear pieces and microphone tend to come unstuck. Still changing the position and using Sellotape Hook & Loop (Velcro) fixer pads which work well. I recommend taking a pack with you on a journey for running repairs. Apart from that getting range of a good kilometre with line of site. System self pairs quite quickly after going out of range. Has made riding as a pair more enjoyable. I haven't tried the radio yet. Talking too much....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant but It doesn’t like heavy rain. Good customer service.
We used it as a couple on two separate bikes for a two week trip from the U.K. through the Alps. It has a long battery life. Lasted all of our riding day(s). Just remember to switch it off when you go for a longer break. And in the evening charge them up. Easy to remove and plug in. On the continent just use the usb cable option. The sound quality is really good. It comes with an multitude of extra mounting options and microphone balls. You need the big fluff ball when you ride with an open face otherwise your partner will go deaf with wind noises on their speakers. But once you got that sorted it’s very clear sound. And it all worked great till we got in a torrential downpour and my partners microphone stopped working. Which was a problem as he was the one giving me directions from the satnav while I was riding up front. In the evening we switched units so at least I could hear him. And that’s how we continued our journey. At home Cardo gave brilliant customer service. They replaced the microphone at no cost and it arrived within 2 days. Great product
Purchased Q3 multiset and Im very happy with them, had a little bother to get the intercom to work between myself and the wife but got there in the end. Now works fine good range and radio when there's a decent signal. Works well with iPhone 6s google maps and phone via bluetooth. Recommend this set and don't think spending more on a pricier set would be justified. One tip use the App and if you have a noisy bike use your own headphones that you can put in your ears.
