Reluctantly paid £18 for this hose connector after much deliberation, so glad I did as the quality of the product is far superior to any other I have had! The flow control knobs turn with such ease making them a dream to turn and are big dials making them ideal for people with arthritic hands or similar imo, the connection to the tap itself is very secure, Its hard not to enthuse about this product and its build quality compared to various other connectors that are much much cheaper which have fiddly little flow control dials that are so stiff to turn you just know you will break them!
