Bought this to patch up the inner sills on my transit van. It's very easy to set up and use, with good results. Bought a better mask.

Not DC and that funny strap
So its not a DC welder as advertised, its AC. Comes with a ridiculous seat belt type carry strap.(Take it on holiday). Not the plastic handle as in the Ebay picture. Many compain about the mask, but I found it adequate. Had to buy a new reel of wire very soon £20. Wire supplied is very small and splattery. Managed to get my old Micra through the MOT again with it. Not really suitable for car welding. To fierce. Just able to do 1 second burst's before burning a hole. But at £72 inclding VAT and post quite a bargain.

I am still yet to try this welder but it arrived undamaged and a day early! I did notice that the picture has a carry handle on the top... Mine arrived with a shoulder strap! Not sure who will carry this on their shoulder but it’s not the end of the world! Is the machine reliable? Time will tell. The face mask that is included is a little cheap and tacky and not really useable. You can’t really hold the welding gun, materials and the mask. Overall I’m happy. Thank you very much.

On first play
So this welder is my first gasless mig i have had a little play and think it works really well for a first timer behind the gun i cant see anything wrong with this at all apart from the face shield what comes with it so go get yourself a helmet when you can but this kit has everything you need to start welding right out the box

The welder itself is reasonably light, works easily and does the job great for beginners welding small amounts of metal. The wire that came with it kept breaking, but once replaced with high quality wire, the welder does the job and works fine

Not a bad welder,not too good welding body panels blows straight through with the 0.9 wire on the lowest setting,going to try the 0.8 hopefully that’ll work,didnt use the wire or tips or screen that came with it so cant comment but welding steel plate i was very impressed

As good as my clarke 110 turbo if not better.
Read a few bad reviews about wolf welders, but after using it i found it to be very good, as good as, if not better than my clarke 110 turbo which packed up. As for reliability time will tell.
