Absolutely love it !
Why did i not buy his before, I am totally amazed heard all the hype and wasn't until my daughter bought one i decided to have a look and found this on the refurb site and so glad i did it arrived and its hard to see that it's not brand new certainly looks it. I have an animal household and love the way this never smells emptying is easy peasy and suction is incredible. I got the extra tools too which have come in handy. Would recommend to anyone with a busy household or is disabled as this is so light and no cord to keep pulling you back. I love the way its so portable and can now manage my upstairs without crippling myself. I invested in a stand too as heard that it is not easy to store and glad i did as it allows for storage of the extra tools too. Overall I would NEVER buy another vacuum other dyson in the future this will be my go to cleaning machine.

It does the job, you only get 5 and a half minutes on full power. It does a pretty good job on normal power setting. The build quality is a bit cheap though, I wouldn't want to drop it on a tiled floor, and would expect the tank to break.The operation is excellent, but once again very cheap plastic. I have a mark one model which was useless as a stick vacume, but great as a handheld, the build quality of that one was very good. Light weight, easy and powerful.
The product looks brand new. It does everything it says on the box. I vacuum regularly but it was full after my hall and lounge. Just shows what my old vac was leaving behind. My friend has another make and can’t change the heads etc, as too hard for her, the V7 is so easy. I even cleaned the car which was so easy with the small heads. Top vacuum
This is my first vacuum cleaner living in a flat on my own and I chose it because of the brand, I see Dyson as the top brand in vacuums and have had experience with them for years. Leaving it on high suction mode, the lower setting, it will do the whole flat and keep going. Just be careful to use max power mode sparingly, as it does zap the battery a bit! Easy to charge and doesn’t take too long. To empty the bin, you pull back then up on the red empty button. This can take a bit of practice but stay with it. Overall I am glad I went with the purchase of a refurbished Dyson, as it’s a good vacuum from the top name but at a very good price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Proven it's value already
Nice and light and great for maintaining a clean house. It comes with three hose fittings which adds to it's versatility. The battery lasts around 30 minutes on normal power as the product spec states. I have had to switch it to MAX power briefly on a handful of occasions for more stubborn/heavier soiled areas. Most jobs are completed on the longer lasting normal setting. Even though this was a refurbished model it came fully boxed as if it was fresh out of the factory. I won't commit to saying it is reliable as only had the product for a couple of weeks and the review system does not have a "Don't know" option. You wont be disappointed
Really good product, powerful, even though the motor doesn't sound like it's going to be. Easy to move around, attachments are good, neat dust emptying as well. I think I will be able to use this instead of a regular vacuum cleaner which is great. The refurb model turned up like brand new, all the packaging perfect and not a scratch on it. Great appliance that revolutionises vacuuming
I bought this mainly to supplement our upright Sebo, for stairs and small areas, but it’s actually so versatile and powerful, that we use it everywhere. We have a dog and three cats, so the ‘motorhead’ is useful and remarkably effective. What used to be a major event with our corded Sebo upright now takes a fraction of the time and requires a fraction of the effort. The V7 makes vacuuming almost pleasant.
Received the vacuum three days early. Came partly charged. Fully charged within the hour. Vacuumed the whole downstairs in the next half hour. Recharged and did the rest of the house in an half hour next morning. Looks brand new, works very well and is light and easy to use, unlike our previous corded, heavy device. The V7 sits in it's charging cradle ready for immediate use and is very easy and clean to empty. Great hoover!!
Great vacuum, very light and easy to use. Managed all the way round a fairly large 4 bedroom house without loosing charge. It has to be emptied a couple of times whilst hoovering but very quick and easy to do. Does what it says on the tin.
Received in original box and all accessories well packed, just like brand new. I love that this hangs on the wall out of the way and everything is kept together whilst it charges. I have tried both settings and the max duction is tremendous. I used the handheld part to vacuum my mattress and it was brilliant. No hesitation in recommending this product.
