    2nd purchase

This is not my 1st purchase of product, 1st lasted 6 years then side clip snapped, at time unable to offer replacement clip so new ramp sent, 2nd lasted 2 years then ramp snapped in centre. I got this one as I like the simplicity of design, easy to fold and light to carry, right height to get in back of both Honda Civic and Skoda Roomster. New dog got the hang of it quickly once older brother showed him how it's done.

My old and infirm dog is terrified of it, but a younger dog would easily adapt

My old labrador is no longer fit enough to jump into the back of the Quashquai and at 25kilos is too heavy to lift up. Bought this to help us both but it terrifies her because it is simply too steep and needs carpet to let her grip her claws in. Im sure a younger dog could manage it but similarly a younger dog would be fit enough not to need it! Sadly it is not something I can use but it is a sturdy piece of engineering and does support her wieight but almost had so choke her to get her up it on a lead! Update a month later bought her a harness so can now help her to walk up it and ease my aching back

  • Lightweight , easy to use , but putting a length of non slip matting down the ramp helps larger , older dogs get more grip when walking up and down it

  • Great quality dog ramp and very sturdy f...

Great quality dog ramp and very sturdy for our large border collie. My older dog isn't really liking it though on his paws. I think it's the sand paper texture on it though. So o/h has added a grip mat over it to see if it helps.

  • Good value for money.

I looked at loads of these before deciding on which one to pick. I had problems because all reviews said they suited whatever car they had, but it was for getting their dog into the boot, whereas my dog sits in the back seat. I’m not sure the ramp is designed for that but I have a duke and we managed fine. I had an elderly medium sized collie who was very ill towards the end and he managed the ramp - I did support him on the way down. It was wide enough for him but as other reviews say it was a bit slippery, a piece of carpet would sort that out though. For the price and the comfort of your dog I’d say it’s worth the price. I only used mine for a short time as my dog has passed away but I’m still glad I bought it.

  • IDEAL FOR OLDER DOGS

My dog quickly got used to using the ramp for easy access to the car boot and proved to be ideal in saving her having to jump in and out. The only thing I find, being a woman, that it is quite heavy to move and was lacking any sort of handle so my husband has solved the problem by attaching a handle to one side thereby making it easier to carry but otherwise it is ideal for the job.

  • Really Sturdy

This ramp is excellent value. It is lightweight and easily stows on the back seat or rear foot well. Thought we would have trouble getting dog to use it, but after offering a treat on the first few occasions she uses it quite happily now.

  • Lightweight & easy to use

This dog ramp is well made but light enough to get in and out of the boot. The only problem with it is it feels grippy but when our dog tried using it she slipped and it put her off trying it the next time. We have sorted it out by sticking some rubber on it which has helped.

  • Bi fold dog ramp

Easy to use. Substantially made and not too heavy. Covered in grip tape so non slip
