Picked this up for a great price, came wrapped in its original packaging like it was right off the shelf, genuinely curious if it was ever used because I bought it refurbed and it came in new condition (unopened packaging and plastic wrap, no blemishes, all the manuals intact and new) just needed a charge . Working great and really fun to use, shipped very quickly. I’m a photographer looking to get into video and at this price point it feels like a great entry point into video. Small, very lightweight cool tech camera, excellent build quality
This is NOT a "high-end" camera. what it IS is a very clever small portable camera with a lot of built in functionality. It is a new user experience and a new camera ecosystem that will require getting used to and buying lots of accessories. Once you get acquainted with the camera and how it operates, you will understand both its limitations (fixed f-stop lens, poor dynamic range, limited video settings) and its advantages (portability, ultra-fast start-up, built-in gimbal, reasonable picture quality in good lighting conditions). Plan on taking several days to learn the menus and take lots of pictures before passing judgement. Definitely a worthwhile and fun purchase for vacation trips and family outings. Instant-on and shirt-pocket access means you can capture the moment in slo-mo or snapshots that you would miss otherwise. Good so far...mostly.
I'm just starting to explore the possibilities of the camera. It arrived quickly, safe and sound. It had stickers on the lens and screens for protection. My only issue with the transaction is that it did not include the case which is shown in the photo. This is a fairly high-tech, yet delicate piece of equipment - or so I've read. I'm not going to feel great carrying it around until I get a case. Initial tests show that it will work well. My other concern is witht he battery. According to the instructions, the camera should stop flashing when fully charged. When I turn the camera on it says 100%, but the flashing nexer stops when I'm charging no matter how long I charge it for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Love this little camera and this price is great.
I wanted this camera a couple years ago when it first came out but I couldn’t justify the price with my budget. I ended up getting an Osmo 4 instead, which is good but big and I hate using my phone as a video camera. This little reconditioned Osmo Pocket works as good as new at a price I can afford. I have seen reviews and saw whereyou someone had said "not bad for a a good quality camera but it lacks the cinema quality of a better more expensive camera" well excuse me if I'm behind on tech but this thing blows my mind for its size and versatility and being able to capture 4k at 60fps that is extremely impressive. Wicked good little gimbal camera !
Refurbished Osmo Pocket is as good as new ! It is smaller and more lightweight than I was picturing. I plan on using this to document a motorcycle trip in a month. Easy to use by hand and in a mount. I'm not crazy about the phone connection. I don't like any weight hanging out of my charging port. I just traded in an older phone because my charging port was porked. Great little 4k camera
