Very thin no more that 2 inches thick.
I already wrote one review about this product. My package was all crushed and the cushion looked like an elephant had sat on it. It was very thin and small like it was made for a child. Didn't look at all like the advertisement did. I used it one time and couldn't even tell I was sitting on anything. The cushion was very sticky.
