NOT FAST CHARGING CABLE, EVEN WITH OFFICIAL FAST CHARGING ADAPTER
READ FULL REVIEW PLEASE. June 2019 4* - Very good first impressions with this Jsaux USB-C fast charging cable. Was dog tired of cheap cables giving up on me, so decided to invest in a quality cable for my new Google Pixel 3 phone. Still, at £6.99 for two 2-metre cables, it's relatively cheap. As per photo, the quality of the materials is superb, very robust! The cable itself is strong cord, and the bendy black bits around the plug-in bits are chunky plastic. Hope this reinforcement avoids previous cable-splitting at these pressure points (where the cables bend a lot). I'll post Update when I see just how good these cables perform, but they really look the part. I bought them to fast charge, so watch this space... Update July 2019 1* - downgrading this product from 4* to 1*. Really disappointed to report that this is NOT a fast charging cable, and this has been tested over couple of weeks. Phone says either Slow Charge or just "Charge", even with Fast Charge Adapter with so-called adaptive technology, with two different kinds of port for both Fast Charging and non-Fast Charging devices (like Apple). See photos attached. Also cable fits really tight into adapter ports, shaving off plastic bits, though can't be sure where fault lies here. Also tried cable with Google official fast charging adapter, and still shows 'Charging'. Disappointed no fast charge! Only gets one star owing to robust cord, but it does not do what it claims to, feel robbed and seeking full refund.
