I had no idea that the menopause can last for up to ten years and I thought I'd been through it, all over and not too much trouble, then about three years after my periods stopped, the hot flushes began and they are indescribably awful. It's like they start at your feet, with this rolling heat flowing up through your body to the tips of the roots of the hairs on your head, feeling like you're on fire. Day, night, no way of telling. I felt my body's thermostat was on the blink and it was only after being reassured by my doctor this was 'normal' (Christ! Normal?) that I sought advice from the marvellous The Natural Way health shop in Braintree who advised Menoforce 1 sage tablet a day. From about day three I noticed a big difference and by a week of taking them, the hot flushes seem thwarted. I've been taking them for just over six months and I wouldn't be without them. These little tablets are an absolute lifesaver. I tried some from a health food shop and they were so good I had to buy a bigger supply. It takes a month to get into your system but I can honestly say I haven’t had a hot flush or night sweat since I started taking them. Great product, worked for me.
These really work for me. Age 54, I was suffering with fairly awful day and night time hot flushes. Still get a few, but now not nearly as overwelming. The product is all natural, so at least worth a try if you are suffering. I have been taking for 3 months now. Really helps
These sage supplements are very helpful. Within a couple of weeks they are working. Reducing hot flashes and night sweats. Stopped taking them ( ran out for a bit) & found it all came back . So definitely effective. They also make another product for the others symptoms which is great too . Low Moods etc . But everyone is different and reacts differently. So try them. St johns ( swanson ) is hugely helpful for me too . My trio of sanity. Worth the money even though together it is a-lot . I can’t take the hrt so work more and pay for these natural solutions it is. Tried these along side red clover supplement and flushes have dropped quite a lot, these tablets are quite expensive though so I have ordered sage tablets from Natures Best to give them a go as I've got two 90 tablet bottles for pence more than these cost and should get some cash back as I've used topcashback for my purchase making them even cheaper.
