Effective and attractive
Instructions are poor and there is a connector block missing but once up I found it quiet on all three speeds with the exception of a sporadic hum/whistle on high speed. Good product once completed. Very poor instructions. Be warned
Once sorted by a friend who is a commercial electrician it is excellent however, the wiring instructions are absolutely useless!
