The Luxe Bidet Model 102 an Excellent Unit.
This Bidet is a fantastic device. My brother showed me two of the units he has in his house and I was very impressed with them. I ordered the Luxe 102 and installed it okay. There are better
This bidet did not fit my elongated toilet. The existing toilet seat just did not sit properly over the bidet. However, it did fit my round toilet downstairs, thank goodness. But even though it fits, the spray just doesn't hit easily where it needs to, and I have to physically position myself accordingly. The spray comes out very strong, so I use mostly the low speed. The water comes out way too strong on the higher speeds. It fits nice on the toilet, and unlike other brands I have used, the water stays contained in the bowl, with hardly any backslash behind the seat. Where Has This Been All Of My Life? Love it!
I had back surgery awhile back and have had problems ever since getting myself clean with toilet paper due to limited bending and twisting. I have a friend who bought one and he recommended it. I ordered it and installed. I'm so loving it; it solved my cleanliness problem and has all but eliminated my toilet paper usage as I only use toilet tissue for drying after using the bidet. This bidet is of high quality of construction and design. The only issue I have is that I wish it came in a left side model, which it doesn't according to the manufacturer. We got more than our money's worth
My husband and I were more than happy with our purchase and it surpassed our expectations. We are helpless with assembling or installing a product but this was very easy. I read the reviews and ordered toilet seat bumpers but this was not necessary on our toilet. I don't think our water pressure is unusually high but if you move past the lowest setting it will give you a sandblasting job you won't forget. On the website they do tell you you can buy a different type of t-valve that can resolve this. However, the low setting is tolerable and certainly gets the job done. I was concerned that it would be difficult to clean, but again, not a problem. The guard over the self-cleaning nozzle is easy to open and thoroughly clean once a week. We caught this unit on sale for less than $40 but it would still be a good buy at full price. If I had to look for something to criticize perhaps it would have been better to have a metal t-valve than the plastic but we were mindful of the recommendation of others not to over tighten it and it does not leak.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

After some snags, a great product!
I had lots of trouble with the metal T-adapter. They were great about supporting me and sending a plastic replacement. The threading on the metal one seems not to fit very many toilets (from my experience, and from other reviews I've read), but the plastic one was great. I'm no plumber nor bodybuilder, but I was surprised at the amount of force I had to apply (by hand) to get this connected tightly enough that it doesn't leak. Replacement update.
Replaced a Luxe Bidet Vi-110 that wore out after 5 years with this newer model, Neo 120. Better looking, easier to install, and works better than the old model and at a great price. Never thought much about using one of these, but once you do, you get spoiled and can't be without one. You can get a more expensive one if you like, but this one works just fine. Instructions could have been better and the water hose would look better underneath instead of showing. Works well, pretty easy to install. Decent product, some caveats
First one I bought had labels peeling off. Manufacturer quickly responded, provided new labels, compensated for the trouble. Second one I got had a punctured tube inside that was leaking intermittently. Finally replaced that one. Other than that great product, works as expected, comes with all you need to install.
