the best- but please persevere!
i have took these through my whole pregnancy, i took the conception ones before falling pregnant and i haven't been sick, or had no bad pregnancy symptoms at all. i have recommended these to my pregnant friends but they cant seem to hold them down. Tablets are big and have a breakfast before taking them. i love them and i really think they help with my pregnancy. only downside is they are pricey and tablets are big but i feel only the best for my baby will do.

Packaging was weird because the boxes were flattened and the capsules/tablets weren't in it but were in the package...It was good that there were no pierces/damages incurred. hopefully, you could package it next time safely. Thank you!
