Love our hot tub purchase, super easy assembly and a very durable study yet pretty package! The starter pack has helped us get to grips with the daily tests, filter clean and chlorine and alkaline top ups when needed. The whole family are enjoying it!

At first I was sceptical of how an inflatable hot tub could compare with a solid hot tub with jets. However I am really impressed with the quality sturdiness and power of the bubbles produced. Had the tub inflated and filling with water in 30 minutes and that was the first time I have even seen one of these tubs. Temperature outside has been hovering either side of zero degrees but it performs well. With the led’s come night time it looks great. Great way to relax
This is our replacement to our old Paris which has ceased to work, I like the new improvements like the cushioned floor and I hope that the pump will last longer than the old units did which we had to replaced and reseal more than once, only time will tell. Very good product let down by ill fitting cover.
The hot tub body is as good as the Paris I had for 3 years but the cover is very poor.The cover cannot be tightened down which allows the wind to lift it and flap it about. Heat is lost and therefore running costs rise. The cover straps are too high on the tub or not high enough on the cover to tension the lid down. The heating unit is very good, quite quiet and better designed than my Paris with its raisable controls and built in pint pot holders.
