Refuses to switch off...
Most people have very good reviews of this kettle. We were initially very pleased with ours, but after 4 months use, it occasionally refuses to switch off and so we have withdrawn it from use. It isn't an issue of limescale as we have a water filter which removes it. Very disappointing. Can't be bothered with the hassle of returning it.
