High speed termination for your wiring projects
I've terminated my railway points motors and switches with screw terminal mini-blocks, so the connections are secure, but using these splicer plugs I can run wires to wherever the points are and they are powered up in no time and no effort at all. Ideal for experimenting with different layouts, or wiring coach lights before soldering. A little larger to conceal than a mini-block, they may not be your permanent solution, but it's a very quick way to get results, when time can often be precious. I've pre-wired 8 switches, 6 pairs of motors, and 4 individual motors so I can rig 6 pairs of points and sidings in short order. Using just splicer plugs makes for a more delicate construction to store and deploy. Being light, relatively cheap per unit, and reusable, I could afford to make designs using lots of them. I ordered more to ensure I could connect all my pre-wired circuits up without running out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
