Actually works!
I bought this in desperation, my snoring was disrupting my partner's sleep. It is fantastic, stopped my snoring completely. Due to the double air holes its much more comfortable to wear than other similar products. Only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit tricky to shape. You have to pop it in boiling hot water then put it in your mouth and bite down. If it's left in too long it gets really soft and too hot to touch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

All depends on how big and what shape the inside of your mouth is... within 10 secs made me hag and wretch.... wouldn't bring my lower jaw forward due to my lower jaw being quite back as it is. Tried to relax and breathe with it in, couldn't do it. Makes a difference if you can breathe through your nose or not. It works
Only tried this once so far and I used a snore app to measure any noise. They only time I made noise was the hour I took it out during the night. It’s a little uncomfortable to wear at first as it pulls your jaw forwards slightly, but I read it’s meant to get easier. I did find my mouth dried out a lot through the night, hence me taking it out for an hour. Next time I try it I will make sure I have a drink by the night stand just in case. Yes it works
Using mouth guard worked well as in I did not snore at all, unfortunately using it for three nights I started with sore heads which took a lot to get rid of. This mouth guard is not for me but can't fault it's quality and is dose stop you snoring.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stop snoring
Bought the stop snoring mouth piece, works a treat, my wife now gets a good nights sleep. I run it under the cold tap before putting it in, I find it’s best for me doing it that way, keeps it moist, also best when lying on your back, on your side you can get some drool, so best to have an old towel on the pillow, that’s it’s only drawback, but well worth it, better than getting a hefty nudge in your side and a disgruntled wife in the morning.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
