Simply the best quality & functionally capable yeast available. Never disappointed.
This yeast works as a professional catalyst for amateur winemakers' assorted wine musts. It offers a firm lees sediment, a clean fall-bright must with no residual yeast tastes & it will easily restart a stuck ferment. I use it for country white wines, Germanic Rhine wines & sparkling fruit & champagne-style wines. Thoroughly recommended. Over 45 years experience with winemaking allows me to make these observations. You will not be disappointed.
