This is my 3rd Spiralizer and by far the best! It is well made and a lot of thought has been put in to the making. It is far easier to clean and as far as blades are concerned, safer as well. As for using it there is a Web site totally committed to the Inspiralizer with endless recipes and cooking ideas with many videos to boot.
