Love this unit. Great for making Natto.
This is a superb unit. It is easy to set temperature and duration. I purchased it because of the wide available temperature option. I use it for making my own Natto from organic soy beans and a powder culture, easy and successful every time. 39c for 24 hours and it is done. Next I want to try Koji ... should be just as easy. Great Little Machine
This small yoghurt maker is ideal for making both yoghurt and cheese. It's very easy to use but I recommend you watch the instructions on YouTube to get perfect results each time. The Greek yoghurt is lovely and the cheese didn't last very long at all. What a great gadget.
Many thanks for the yoghurt maker which was very well packed and in excellent condition. The Lakeland instructions leave a lot to be desired but after a little research the first batch is done.
