    V&H FP3 works great for my application. I cruise on a 2014 HD StreetGlide FLHX. The install is just as easy as V&H boats. The most difficult part of the install for me was waiting for the firmware update to download and install(took a total of about 90 seconds but seemed like forever😉). I run the Rush 2 into 1 pipe set up, so the FP3 didn't have a map specifically for Rush pipes so I started with the V&H Pro Pipe map(V&H 2into1 map setup). Worked ok but didn't really like the way the bike's rpm's would fluctuate at idle(1000-1250). Reflashed with map setup for generic 2 into 1 with standard baffle map. Adjusted all decel pop out and quickened throttle response with the very easy to use map editing function. Ran an auto tune on that map setup for about a tank and a half of fuel(probably should have went longer) and the bike has really woken up. The FP3 has six slots to save maps. V&H offers a bunch(not the official number, something like 188 I think) of maps ready for download/flashing to your bike. They have maps for Vance& Hines, RHD, Python, Generic, HD and Crusher. Once you download and flash a map to your bike, then want to run an auto tune on the flashed map it doesn't just over write the current map but actual makes a copy of the map and auto tunes the copy, then saves it to a separate slot on the device. So if you don't like the auto tuned map you can go back to the original downloaded/flashed map. You can also adjust the tables within the map, if of course you're tuner savvy that way. I am not, so I will rely on the auto tune results. Definitely use V&H recommendation of running at least two tanks of fuel on auto tune for a proper auto tune. A 50 mile run on auto tune probably won't give the results of a 300-500 mile run. In summary, excellent product, super easy to install/operate and great customer support. Like I said, I'm a cruiser and don't feel the need to run an 11 second quarter mile, although the FP3 would get your bike to do that as well if that's your bag.

  • Best purchase you can make for a newer bike.

    This is my second FP3 the first was for my Dyna FXBD with a full V&H exhaust system, VO2 full Pro Pipe system w/ Standard Baffles. That setup brought my bike to life more power more torque and it ran cooler. The best part was the peak power was delivered at a higher RPM. As for my current purchase, this one was for a new Road Glide FLTRXS as part of the deal I made I had them install a set of Rinehart 4" slip-ons and they also uploaded a new MAP for the change in exhaust as they should have. The since this was a completely different bike I didn't know the characteristics at first after riding it for awhile I noticed that I had a slow speed shutter and a significant popping on decel. The FP3 Fixed allnof that with the stock air filter. After installing a heavy breather I uploaded the same map as recommended by V&H and the bike has even better performance. The only Issue I had was that V&H didn't have a specific MAP for Rinehart so I called them and they told me which MAP to upload and it worked great. I haven't Autotuned yet but I think I'll start that this weekend. There are many adjustments that you can make and fine tune things like idle, throttle response and fuel economy. I'm not building full on race bikes so these FP3's suit me just fine, however this system, with the right knowledge, will manage fuel for a big build as well. The interface that connects to the phone in amazing as well it gives you dashboard that allows you to monitor rom, speed, heat, torque output, throttle position, spark advance and several other systems. This is truly state of the art and is easy to use. You can also dive deep and really make crazy adjustments all from your phone, really a cool product and a nice piece of tech

    This is the best after market you could buy for your motor cycle you tune it the way you ride out of 10 points I give it 20 plus good job Vance&Hines I’m impress one what I can do for the price and my bike runs cooler crisper like a rocket.     Purchased for a 2015 Road King with Vance and Hines Monster rounds with stage 1 Had some difficulty setting it up as I downloaded the app for an android phone. Kept loosing the connection to bluetooth. downloaded the app to an Ipad. It worked perfect. Simple easy to use. Followed the instructions and watched a video off of Youtube. Ran the bike a week on the factory set up and noticed about a 20% improvement. Ran the Autotune and noticed a 20 to 30% improvement over that. Small and compact fits easily in the side bay for the autotune. No need for a Dynotune. Great Product

  • Vance and Hines Fuelpak FP3 - Great Product!

    Installation took about 45 minutes, 30 of which were spent watching an excellent video on Law Abiding Biker. I was getting about 46 MPG before installing my V&H 450 Destroyer pipes and the Fuelpak FP3 on my 2016 Harley Street Glide FLHX. I'm now getting about 54 MPG and haven't installed a high flow air intake or the power dual headers. I had some questions about using the auto-tune feature and called the V&H tech service department. The representative answered all of them, and was extremely friendly. I'm really happy with both the 450's and the FP3. I love my Harley dealer, but on my previous bike, I used the Harley Supertuner and had the service department do a dyno tune, but they couldn't get it to quit popping when I let off the accelerator. I think the FP3 being permanently installed and making continuous readings and adjustments is the way to go.

    This fuel pak is the future of all tuners. You can see real time data on the fly, change values to tweak your tune, figure out better fuel consumption, load up to 6 different maps based on what ride your doing that day, & do it all on your smart phone. It is better than any other tuner on the market right now. I had just bought a 2016 Street Glide CVO so I did a lot of research on tuners out on the market. The Power Commander is nice but you have to hook a lap top up to change anything. This is the real deal.

  • Tune it up !

    Purchased the FP3 for my 15 FLHTK since the former owner had upgraded the exhaust but had not changed the tune on the bike. It is by far the easiest thing I have installed on the bike. V&H support is great. I contacted them with the setup on my bike and they told me what to use for an initial tune. I was surprised how much better the bike ran because I didn't think it wasn't running good to begin with. Once I got some miles on it and flashed an auto tune it improved even more. I feel even a fully stock bike would see some improvements with this product. I definitely recommend.

    Installed the Fuelpak FP3 on my 2015 Street Glide Special, and couldn't be much happier with the way things went. The only issue I had was finding my exhaust which are Rush power headers, and Rush Big Louie's. Neither one of these were on the list to choose from. What I had to do is call Vance & Hines which the number is in the program to choose the best fit for my bike. The bike runs well, but should be Auto Tuned, and a new map flashed. All in all the installation went very well, and would use this product again.

    I have a 2014 Harley Street Bob with a stock 103. I had Screamin Eagle intake and exhaust installed at the dealership. They told me they adjusted the ECM, but I was skeptical. It ran better than the stock, but it didn't feel responsive as I'd like. I finally decided to buy the FP3 over the Screamin Eagle flash. It was so easy to install. I tried to use the app to find the right map and, initially, I was frustrated. It didn't have the option for the Screamin Eagle exhaust, only the intake, then I just set it to Auto Tune and took it for a spin. I left the module on the bike and used my phone on the handlebars with a special mount that I have. For the first mile, my phone lost connection twice, but the bike was so powerful. As I kept driving, I didn't have any more connection issues and the bike felt new. It was powerful and crisp. This is one of the best upgrades. Highly recommend.
