I bought this book specifically for 2 recipes that I had seen on TV. Tried them both and they are fabulous. Having great fun now working through the book trying other recipes. Recipes have a lovely balance of flavours and when combined result in delicious food. You'd think it was appealing, I like Tom, but the food is too complicated. Glad I didn't buy as new. Sorry Tom for downing the book, but you dont even have pictures for every meal. Tom Kerridge, a man who knows how to cook and knows how to treat people with respect. This fabulous book shows T.K. at his best. We have tried 6 of the dishes so far and all have been amazing. Easy to follow recipes, great ingredients and brilliant photography.
