Brill for cystic acne!!
Was a little sceptical at first being a prescription only item in the UK, but applying this twice a day after cleansing you see a difference within a couple of hours. I get cystic acne around my jawline and this definitely keeps the breakouts to a minimum. Out of all the products I've tried (trust me, it's a lot, including expensive silver products) this is definitely the best of all. And FYI, a little goes a long way too!
