Neat Lil' thang😉
Here's my opinion: This device is good way to burn some Xtra calories when going to the gym isn't an option. EZ assembly- sturdiness of the holding bar is ok- you still need some level of balance while doing legs. The tension band could be a bit stronger for me but might work for you. HOWEVER .... For $18 it's a good deal (saw this @ BB&B for $40😮) and I can work on arms/ legs while watching TV. Bar comes off easy for small space storage. Platform is cushy😊... The only thing that would make this perfect is if it came with TWO types of tension bands for legs and two straps for both ankles so I don't have to keep switching.
