Thin Plate Guillotine
Does the job of cutting 0.9 mm steel plate easily. Would be better if it had a longer cutting length but for the price is good value. Keep the hinge nut and blade nuts tight as they tend to undo with use, otherwise, it’s a useful tool.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Okay once finished
These are okay, but they need finishing to make them work nicely. I put in extra washers and a 6mm bush so that the side plates which connect the handle to the blade were parallel to each other. With these in place, I was able to tighten everything up, I don't see how it could work properly otherwise. Maybe mine came without some pieces? I took a photo (turned sideways by he software) of mine with arrows where I'd added washers, the bush is marked with a yellow square. I also used nylok nuts instead of the ones supplied.

Good product could be better
Good product if I tried to find fault with it then it would be if the material you are cutting is longer than the blade are is no way that you can see if its lined up correctly, the other thing I found with it is there is no clamp to hold the material in place.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Realy poorly made. Welds cracked on second cut of 1mm mild steel sheet what made it completely unusable. I had to cut it apart, make a new thicker and straight base and weld it back together. !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!! Unless you'll be cutting cheese with it, get something better.
