Good trap for budding lepidopterists like me!
Well made and easy to assemble and set up. I have an extension cable on a reel to set up further away from the socket. I cover the reel socket with a bucket to keep it dry. Used in June but catches were disappointing due, I hoped, to the cooler weather. Not much light emitting from the bulb caused initial concern; unlike the super light emitting mercury vapour bulbs I had seen before. Used in July in the better weather and WOW!! ...fantastic variety of catch including Privet and Poplar hawk moths. No more low lighting concerns! So pleased with my purchase!!
