English versus Australian.......It's a mystery
The phone is new and came in sealed packaging and is very good BUT the label said it was an HTC Desire 820 yet the IMEI Code and Serial Number on the ox were for an HTC 7 according to the HTC Help Desk. I had contacted them because there was no option to select English UK only American or Australian. The IMEI Code and Serial Number contained within the phone were for an Australian HTC Desire 820 which is why I couldn't select English UK. However the phone is very good and I can live with a few spelling differences

Very good smartphone for its price. Big lcd screen perfect for photos and videos.
For the price I bought this smartphone. It has very good features and it is powerful enough for basic use like facebook, ebay,, email, youtube etc. it battery life is mediocre but its cameras are very good and its screen has very good color reproduction.
