Wanted this book when it came out and wasn't disappointed. Really good value and full of delicious Middle Eastern recipes with easy to follow directions and advice on how to substitute hard to obtain ingredients.

The actual recipes in this book are fantastic & easy to prepare.
Is this an original print? Substandard at best. I’ve bought several copies for gifts - the covers were embossed, the pages brighter & books had dust overs. This doesn’t compare & looks like a photocopied print - is that even legal in the UK? Shame.

What more can you want. I have made three things - each delicious and easy to make. I think it helps to be a bit of a foodie to be able to know what small changes can be made to the recipes which can enhance for your own taste. Thoroughly recommend and looking forward to my next 3 recipes!
