Is Alicia Witt coming or going?
I bought A Snow Globe Christmas because Alicia Witt's previous Hallmark Christmas films (A Very Merry Mix-up and Christmas at Cartwrights) have been so much fun. But I watched this one without knowing it was a time-travel plot, and unfamiliar characters suddenly appearing well into the story was confusing. Watching Snow Globe a second time should be more enjoyable, but I would still give the other two named films higher ratings. If you want a less-confusing time-travel story, where the characters jump ahead and back in time, I recommend the Kevin Sorbo/Kristy Swanson comedy-drama What If . . . . And if you find the Sorbo/Swanson pairing enjoyable, look also for Storm Rider.

It's a wonderful movie.
This movie combines a reverse It's a Wonderful Life and maybe the Wizard of Oz to make one of the most Best Christmas movies to come out in years. Enjoyable. To watch again and again.
