Very Poor Immitation
Be advised - this is not a genuine Samsung remote. Half the buttons don’t work and the ones that do operate different features on your tv. For example - pressing the guide brings up a type box! Volume buttons don’t work. I could go on for days but luckily when I requested a return they had an automatic refund system set up so I was refunded instantly when I submitted a return! Clearly they know how bad it is and count on the fact most people will simply bin it and not complain or return! Don’t waste your time!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent price and speedy dispatch. Item is of cheap quality compared with genuine Samsung remote, however, in view of the price there is no comparison. The only problem was that the battery compartment is not long enough for the batteries. I had to use a Stanley knife to remove a small amount of plastic.
