Love the product, not so much on the packaging.
I love the way this product makes my eyes look and feel. I am grateful for the super quick delivery of my order. Areas of improvement are in the packaging. The syringe has a cap on the end that needs to come off before trying to dispense the lotion. This sounds obvious, but the cap doesn't look like it comes off and there aren't any instructions as to how to remove the cap. They syringe is difficult to get the small amount of lotion needed. Purchase this costly item as a replacement for one that had been finished, delivey timeframe was fairly long but was happy to wait and excited when it arrived. However, on first use, it was completely emptied; completely shocking as it was sold as new and though at a discount price from the normal retail price, was not worh the time, effort, or shipment costs, let alone the cost of the product.
