Not lightweight compared to many, due to it's full-body design, but it is more durable and longer lasting for the same reason, which is what I wanted. Estwing qaulity - well designed, well made.

Probably one of the best on the market! Excellent quality and durability . Well worth the money in my opinion. Other hammers have the tendency to dull after limited use, but this one stands up to the abuse.
