Great sound, especially as it is the first new album I have bought since Graceland in 1987. Pressing is very good, except for 2 tracks. Side B, Track 4 (Monkey Wrench) has a pressing flaw at the beginning of the track (3 rotations) and Side D has static damage at the beginning of Track 1, which lasts for about 15 seconds. I still have records from the 1970s that are in pristine condition, so when I get a brand new vinyl and it sounds like I have played it for years, I get worried. Out of 3 albums I have bought (ELP & Fleetwood Mac), this will be the only one I have not sent back. Even so, in this day and age, all new vinyl should be pristine. The rest of the album plays brilliantly.
Foo Fighters are definitely bend that should be part of the collection. If you don't prefer studio albums that this is definitely something that you should consider.
