Complete waste of money!
I bought this book as a gift because it looked beautiful. And it really is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately the content is so basic as to be insulting to anyone with half a brain. Most areas covered are only applicable in the USA, such as How To Address An Envelope. The lists of salutations and sign offs are also very American and would be ludicrous written in a British English letter. This is absolutely not a book to teach; it is a pretty bookshelf augmentation only. Waste of money. If you want to learn how to write a letter buy an Oxford Press guide.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
