A nicely recorded adult film, but bares only a passing resemblance to the original book.
The film is recorded well, with some very nice videography, sound (in places) and accurate costumes (mostly). The actors do their best to bring their characters to life but with the way the script has butchered the original story they are on to a losing wicket. In this film the viewer is basically watching a 1990's sex film but with better costumes and movie-craft. They should not, apart from one scene, expect to see a spanking classic, like the original book.
