Excellent product
It is so easy to use and understand the instructions. Not many recipes provided but have tried the tomato and basil one and it is great. Plenty of other recipes on the internet but basically you can just put in any ingredients you fancy, or have left over and switch it on, then roughly 20 minutes later wonderful soup. Idea's better than reality
My brother has one of these, he uses it a lot and I was overcome with the yen to make my own soups. I've only used it once, it's a lot more convenient to keep using my pressure cooker as I have done for years. Fantastic Soup Maker
I would recommend this soup maker to everyone, it is easy and versatile to use, not too much problem with the cleaning as long as you do it straight away after making the soup. It is ideal, you just pop a few vegetables etc., into the maker, add the required amount of stock and then set it off, 20mins later you have lovely soup. I would recommend that you put the vegetables in first and then fill to the min / max mark with the stock as this will give you a thicker consistency of soup. Good for making soup, if you don't put enough liquid in then food can stick to the bottom but a bit of boiling water and soda crystals will remove it. Beeps a bit when cooking and you can have your soup smooth or lumpy, great as you can put your ingredients in, turn it on and off you go and do something else. Soup for lunch!
This soup maker replaces a much used, but sadly now broken, other type of soup maker. This one is much easier to clean and quieter too, whilst still making down soup.
