This film is not only entertaining, but informative, and as a biography, it reaches way above the lower rating it received by whomever gives the stars. Must-see movie!
This is a "must-see" family movie for everyone, especially those interested in running/coaching cross-country teens. We just saw it twice & want to view it again! The plot was riveting, and the characters were developed and interesting. To know that this is based on a true story, that McFarlland, TX exists, & that the original teens all went to college, most now coach at schools, and all of them come back annually to run/encourage/help coach the new kids is flat out amazing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
