Compact and lightweight.
Its so easy to use and get the right amount in the cup. The one it replace was turn the water off and the coffee was sometimes watery. This one is easy you just set the bars by turnung the ring until it matches the one on the coffee pod, place a cup under and start the machine. I am happy to recommend this machine and Direct-Vacuums Certified Refurbished items.

Our new coffee machine
Really nice machine, automated water delivery. The only thing I don't like about it is how stiff and difficult it is to open the front top lid above the pod drawer, I find that to insert the 2nd pod I must remove the coffee mug to replace the pod and it is very stiff to to force down the top to set the machine in motion again.

So much quieter
This machine replaced an older machine that was failing. Although the water container is slightly smaller, one refill will still produce 2 large coffees. The most noticeable improvement, in addition to the smaller footprint, is how much quieter it is compared to my old machine. Very pleased.
