Love the build quality and ease of use.
My main vacuum is a big 'industrial' model which is very powerful but cumbersome and awkward to get out more than once a week. So I needed a smaller, lighter model to run round after my recently acquired labrador. I live in rural Norfolk so there is probably more muck than in suburbia! Recently bought a Shark floor steamer and was impressed with its efficiency/ease of use/build quality. The same qualities apply to the cordless Shark vacuum plus the 'foldability' makes it really easy to store in limited space. Cordless is inevitably a compromise on power (although it has more than the equivalent Dyson) but it certainly gets up the dog hairs, is very maneuverable and the pushbutton change from carpet to hard floor is a good feature. I shall keep my big machine for deep cleaning but for a daily 'whizz round' the Shark is excellent.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great but buy a spare battery
I was a little unsure about getting a refurbished vacum but this is amazing! I've wanted one ever since they were a new brand but could never justify the price! But this is great! Its so powerful its like its taking you for a walk! Its the only Vacuum we need in our home,
It lights up dark corners. Gets under furniture with the Articulated Tube, Draws the Dirt out of the Carpet, Cleans the Laminated Kitchen Floor, and the Shower room Floor. Perfectly The Battery lasts really well. Best vacuum I've ever had
Best vacuum I've ever had - has brought my 4 year old carpets back to looking like new . very easy to push and empty. Even the high traffic areas that were very flattened and matted now look as good as new. Only thing I don't think is good is the weight. When using as a hand vacuum I find it a little too heavy but the difference it has made to my carpets totally out-weighs that small inconvenience. This has got to be the best vacuum cleaner I have had. It far outshines Dyson models and at a lower price too. It is light, powerful and easy to manoeuvre around furniture. Best thing I've bought in years
Despite my being disabled, I can now vacuum my entire house unaided, as the Shark is light enough for me to carry up and down stairs, and the job is finished in less than 20 minutes. As the owner of 4 cats, I am amazed and delighted at how much pet hair I empty out of my Shark. I don't mind its small capacity, as it takes no time to empty.
