Alexa Echo Dot 3rd generation
I like this compact Echo Dot 3rd Generation much better than the larger newer 4th generation version. I am using it in a property where there is non-existant radio signal and therefore having access to the radio via the internet is the only way I can listen to the radio. it is therefore a must in these type of situations. i like the material it is covered in and it is easy to command.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Found to be a very useful once we had got it set up, my only down side was that the mains connection was an american style two pin and an adaptor was difficult to find. Good for the price.
Received this on Saturday morning and I’ve used it ever since but the first thing I realised is it’s an American plug, so I had to go out and buy a US to UK adapter, but as soon as I done that it worked just fine. Fun toy that's actually useful.
I like the "echo" it's a bit of fun and sometimes even quite useful, I'm still learning new things about it. It was difficult to set up, it asks you questions to get to know your voice, but it kept stopping halfway through a question, then stopping altogether, took some time for this to work properly, it wasn't a slow internet connection causing the problem, I have a very reliable & fast connection. But once past that it seems to be working fine. The quality of the music is very good for something so small, I don't like that you cannot ask it to play specific songs without signing up & paying £4 a month. Have three of these in the house now. Very useful. If you sync them to your phone calendar, put stuff on your shopping list as and when you run out, add to your to do lists and ask Alexa to remind you of stuff, you really don't have an excuse to forget anything again.
