Battery Faulty
I have ordered this battery so that i can use the mobile for a longer time, since mine is 4 years old. but when I replaced the battery and I used the phone and recharged the battery for a couple of days, The mobile switched OFF by itself and cannot be switched on again. This happened a couple of times.To restart the mobile i had to remove the battery and put it back again. This battery is faulty. OK but charge doesn't last long.
I have never managed to charge these batteries sufficiently to last morte than 2/3rds of a day despite following reccomended 1st charge procedures. The one supplied with the phone many years ago still outperform these. So they are useful spares but otherwise dissapointingly unsatisfactory. Takes ages to charge up and runs out of power too quickly.
Suppose you only get what you pay for and not very impressed with this battery. Should have expected it though at the price. !t takes nearly 2 days to charge up and lasts less than 8 hours, My old battery supplied with the phone from new charges up overnight and last about the same time. Made in Korea, assembled in China. The original battery that came with the phone is made in Korea. Does not discharge steadily - gets to about 1/4 remaining and then suddenly runs out with no warning. Original battery still performs properly. Does not hold charge.
