A solid and reliable piece of kit.
I'm now on my second WS355. The first one was replaced after 17 years of continual service. Thinking these softeners were all much the same, I replaced it with a cheaper version, bought through Ebay but it proved to be so unreliable I replaced it with a second WS355. This recent purchase was a house warming present to my son and his family for their new home and they love it. Easy to install. Works out of the box. Easy set up and free commissioning by the company's engineer.

Great Water softener
Received this within 1 day of order. Install involved some plumbing (cutting into mains feed into house). That said, if you are OK with compression joints, you should be OK. Water Softener itself is great. Had been planning to add softener since moving in. This performs excellently. Very happy!
